Sexual Assault Suspect Arrested
On October 22, 2014, after a lengthy investigation, Culver City Police Department Detectives arrested Elizabeth Brewer for the sexual assault of a minor that occurred in Culver City between the years 2005 and 2007. Mrs. Brewer was a teacher at the Notre Dame Academy in the City of Los Angeles during the same time period and it is alleged that the victim was one of her students. Several felony charges have been filed against Mrs. Brewer with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
The Culver City Police Department is urging anyone who believes they were a victim of a similar crime, or with information on this crime, to contact either Detective Raya at (310) 253-6318 or the Watch Commander at (310) 253-6202.
