AVOID Lincoln St. between Norton and Lincoln Park south of railroad crossing. Road fully closed do to regional water main construction. 
Lincoln Street shall be reduced to one lane with areas of total closure as the construction of the regional water main works its way south from Lincoln Park Drive towards Norton Avenue. The roadway north of Nugent Sand's driveways is open to two way traffic.
