CRITICAL MISSING-If you have seen Rosa Ortiz please call 911! She suffers from Dementia and Alzheimer's & was last seen in San Bernardino 
On Thursday, October 16, 2014 Rosa Ortiz was reported missing by a family member. Rosa was last seen at her residence at about 10:30 a.m., by her son. At approximately 10:45 a.m., she left her residence for her morning walk and never returned. At 5:45 p.m., Rosa was spotted in the area of North E. Street and Hospitality in San Bernardino. Family members have indicated that Rosa suffers from Dementia and Alzheimer’s. She also takes medication for high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts isurged to immediately call 911 and/or contact Sheriff’s Dispatch at (909) 387-8313.
