Warrant Arrest
Location: Monroe Street and San Tomas Expressway
An officer observed a vehicle, occupied by two male suspects driving without any license plates near Monroe Street and San Tomas Expressway. The driver had a valid driver’s license and the passenger was found to have an active misdemeanor warrant out of the Santa Clara Police Department for $20,000. The passenger was taken into custody without incident and transported to the County jail.

Warrant
Location: De La Cruz Boulevard and Aldo Street
An officer initiated a traffic enforcement stop in the area of De La Cruz Boulevard and Aldo Street. The male subject did not have a driver’s license, and had never been issued one. He also had a $25,000 arrest warrant for driving without a license, hit and run and driving under the influence out of San Jose. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

An unknown suspect(s) took advantage of an unlocked front door to an apartment on the 400 block of Lafayette Way. The suspect(s) entered the residence, stole electronics and remains at large.

Location: 3900 Block of Rivermark Plaza
An unknown suspect stole a bank deposit bag from the victim by force on the 3900 block of Rivermark Plaza. The suspect fled on foot with the currency toward Agnew Road. The suspect remains at large.

Location: 700 Block of Enright Avenue
A residential burglary occurred on the 700 block of Enright Avenue. An unknown suspect entered the residence through an unlocked, open rear window and removed property from the residence. The suspect fled the scene through the front door.

An individual contacted Dispatch upon finding a male subject unconscious on his side. Due to the subject’s level of intoxication, he was transported to a local hospital via paramedics.

Burglary
Location: 700 Block of Los Olivos Drive
At approximately 1245 hours, an unknown suspect(s) attempted to pry open the inner garage door of the victim's residence on the 700 block of Los Olivos Drive to gain entry into the living quarters. The house alarm triggered and the suspect(s) fled the area. The suspect(s) remain at large.

Resisting Arrest
Location: Lafayette Street and Market Street
An officer was flagged down by a Santa Clara University (SCU) Security Officer at Lafayette Street and Market Street. Four male subjects were causing a disturbance on campus and trespassing. Two males subjects were detained. It was determined they were under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and unable to care for themselves. Both were placed under arrest for drunk in public and transported to the County jail. One suspect was also charged with resisting arrest.
