Gloucester Township Police Detective, & His Family, Continue 6 Year Pursuit To Find His Cousin/ Godson's Murderers: 9-28-2014 : http://gtpolice.com/?p=2726

Today, September 28, 2014, is the 6 year mark of Detective Chuck Dougherty's cousin and Godson's unsolved murder. Matt Novak, Jr was killed in Philadelphia by 3 unknown suspects in a blue Chevy Impala with New Jersey tags shortly after he and friends left the Philadelphia Annual Puerto Rican Day Parade on Sunday, September 28, 2008.

This year, Detective Dougherty and his Uncle Matt Sr. have once again reached out to the local media to cover Matt Jr's story. They have received a lot of news coverage which have been aired and published this past week. Several other news agencies are working to publish their stories in the near future.

Detective Dougherty and his Uncle have also recorded and published a new detailed video. Not only does it describe the exact circumstances, but includes actual surveillance video captured of Matt, his friends, and the suspect's blue 2006 to 2008 Chevy Impala with New Jersey tags displayed on the front.
