*4th Update* #LASD Homicide –Stabbing Death Investigation, 3700 Blk Oaklawn Ln, Pico Rivera

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide detectives have made a third arrest in the stabbing death of a 50-year old man that occurred on Saturday, September 20, 2014, at approximately 1:35 am, in the 3700 block of Oaklawn Lane, Pico Rivera.

The third suspect, a male, Hispanic juvenile, turned himself in Sunday afternoon, September 21, 2014, at Pico Rivera Sheriff’s Station.  The juvenile was arrested for murder and booked at Pico Rivera Sheriff’s Station.  He is being held without bail.

The investigation continues and there is no additional information available at this time.

NARRATIVE:

Officers from the Montebello Police Department detained two individuals and ultimately arrested both in the connection with the stabbing death of a 50-year old man in the 3700 block of Oaklawn Lane, Pico Rivera. 

The investigation is still ongoing.

Los Angeles County Sheriff;s Homicide Bureau detectives are continuing their investigation into a stabbing death of a 50-year old man at the 3700 block of Oaklawn Lane, Pico Rivera.

Detectives are asking for the public's help with information regarding the whereabouts of 17-year old, Sergio Anthony Gutierrez, who is considered a person of interest and is wanted for questioning at this time.  

It is believed that Sergio Gutierrez is driving a 2000 Infiniti, silver in color, with a California license plate of 4MAB667.

There is no further information at this time.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide Bureau detectives are continuing their investigation into the stabbing death of a 50-year old man at the 3700 block of Oaklawn Lane, Pico Rivera.

Detectives learned that Pico Rivera deputies responded to a robbery call at the location, where they discovered a man suffering from stab wounds to the body.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

 Family members at the location are being detained for questioning.

There is no suspect information at this time.
