Drugs
Location: 3500 Block of El Camino Real
An officer was dispatched to the Vagabond Inn on the 3500 block of El Camino Real regarding a suspicious male subject who was acting strangely and trying to open several motel room doors. The subject refused the officers’ orders and fled on foot. The subject was eventually detained and was observed displaying symptoms of stimulant use. He was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, destruction of evidence and resisting arrest before being transported to the County jail.

Warrant Arrest
Location: Great America Parkway and Mission College Boulevard
An officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop at Great America Parkway and Mission College Boulevard. The officer informed the driver of the nature of the stop and obtained identification for the driver and the three other adult passengers. A passenger of the vehicle had two outstanding warrants out of the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office. She was arrested and transported to the County jail. The other three parties were released at the scene.

Residential Burglary
Location: 3100 Block of Machado Avenue
An unknown suspect(s) entered into a residence on the 3100 block of Machado Avenue by removing a screen from an unsecured bedroom window. The suspect(s) ransacked the residence and stole computer equipment, cash and jewelry. The suspect(s) fled the residence out the front door and remains at large.

Drugs
Location: Fruitdale Avenue and Del Mar Avenue in San Jose
A female subject, wanted on multiple warrants, was located near Fruitdale Avenue and Del Mar Avenue in San Jose. The subject fled from and kicked an officer before being taken into custody. She was found to be under the influence of a central nervous stimulant, in possession of a controlled substance and in custody of personal identifying information for over ten people. She was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Burglary
Location: 1900 Block of Lafayette Street
An officer was dispatched to a storage facility on the 1900 block of Lafayette Street on the report of a prior burglary. Three subjects, two male and one female, were observed via surveillance footage prying open the door to the storage facility and breaking into individual units while inside. The subjects remain at large.

Drugs
Location: 2200 Block of Rosita Court
Officers conducted a probation search on the 2200 block of Rosita Court. Initially, they did not find the suspect in the house however they did find drug paraphernalia. After collecting the evidence, they cleared the scene.
A short time later saw the suspect while driving in the area. Officers conducted a vehicle stop and found the subject to be under the influence of a stimulant. The subject was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and probation violation. He was transported to the County jail.

Robbery
Location: 3400 Block of Granada Avenue
An unidentified male pushed a female victim to the ground, grabbed her gold chain and pointed a gun at the victim's husband. The suspect fled the scene and remains at large.
