Muskegon Police Department will be conducting High Intensity Patrols this weekend, September 18-21, 2014.
As part of the Safe Streets in September Initiative, the Muskegon Police Department along with other area agencies will be conducting High Intensity Patrols this weekend, September 18th-21st.
Marked and unmarked vehicles, Bicycle and Foot Patrols, Air Support from the Michigan State Police Helicopter, and Surveillance Cameras will be utilized as Officers increase patrols and traffic enforcement in high crime areas.
Muskegon officers will also be conducting “Nighthawk” operations; partnering with Michigan Department of Corrections officers for surprise check-ups on parolees.
