A subject was selling unauthorized merchandise on the 4800 block of Patrick Henry Drive. The subject was cited and the items were seized.

Grand Theft
Location: 2900 Block of Lakeside Drive
An officer was dispatched to the 2900 block of Lakeside Drive on the report of a car clout in a business parking lot. The front passenger door window was broken on the victim’s vehicle and items were stolen. The suspect(s) remain at large.

Warrant Arrest
Location: 1500 Warburton Avenue
An officer was dispatched to a restaurant on the 1700 block of El Camino Real on the report that a male subject left the restaurant without paying for his meal. The subject was located in front of City Hall, 1500 Warburton Avenue. A Records check revealed the subject had a $50,000 warrant issued by Yolo County. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Drunk in Public
Location: 500 El Camino Real
Officers were dispatched to Santa Clara University on the report of two intoxicated students in the courtyard who were kicking over signs. Both subjects displayed objective symptoms of alcohol intoxication. They were arrested and transported to the County Jail.

A male suspect arrived at the Police Department to fulfill his requirement to register as a sex offender. A Records check revealed he had a $100,000.00 warrant. The suspect was arrested without incident and transported to the County jail.

Traffic Accident – Fatal Location: Central Expressway and Kifer Road
A solo male driver struck a light pole on Central Expressway near Kifer Road. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Traffic Unit is conducting an investigation.

Location: Bracher Park, 2560 Alhambra Drive
An unknown suspect(s) started a small fire with twigs and sticks inside of the restroom at Bracher Park at 2560 Alhambra Drive. The fire self-extinguished and there was no damage. The burnt items were cleaned up and disposed of by a Park Division employee. The suspect(s) remain at large.
