Due to flooding and road washouts all northbound roadways from Hillsboro to Washington are inaccessible. 
Rt. 31 at Smith Pond Rd. and E Washington Rd at the Cotton Pond are inundated with water due to flash flooding. The roads are impassible currently unsafe for travel. There is no northbound access to Washington from Hillsboro and Windsor.
