NARRATIVE:

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department – Special Victims Bureau is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the adult male Hispanic suspect pictured in the attached photograph.  The suspect is wanted in connection with a child pornography investigation involving an unknown 11-year-old victim.
