DON’T MISS ROSEMEAD’S NATIONAL NIGHT OUT CELEBRATION


The City of Rosemead’s Public Safety Department is hosting a summer BBQ, sponsored by Target Corporation of Rosemead, to celebrate the 31th Annual National Night Out. The event is on Tuesday, August 5, 2014, 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., at the Rosemead Public Safety Center at Zapopan Park, 8301 Garvey Avenue.

It is a night to celebrate safety, crime prevention, and emergency preparedness. Rosemead’s National Night Out Celebration will include:
• Neighborhood Watch Program Information
• Crime Prevention and Safety Tips
• “Free” Hot Dogs, Chips, and bottled water provided by Target/Rosemead Store* (while supplies last)
• Emergency Preparedness Readiness Tips
• An Emergency Preparedness Vendors Fair
• L.A. County Fire Department USAR (Urban Search and Rescue) vehicles
• Moon Bounce for children
• Resource Booths
• Child face painting and fingerprinting
• Raffle Prizes donated by Rosemead Target Store, Republic Services, Panda Restaurant Corporation, Safe N’ Ready Emergency Supplies, Area D Homeland Security, So Cal Veterinary Vaccine Clinics, NEAG 011 Survival Store, Wal-Mart and Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation
