Drugs, Stolen Goods Equals Jail 
On July 14, 2014 Morgan Hill Officers arrested , Rudolfo Tellez 48 and Delvina Garnica 33 out of Gilroy for possession of narcotics for sale, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of stolen property.
During an investigation Morgan Hill Officers developed information leading them to believe Rudolfo Tellez was selling and holding large amounts of methamphetamine in a room at the Quality Inn located at 16525 Condit Road. A search warrant for the room was granted and Morgan Hill Officers with the assistance of the K9 "Soni" conducted a search of the premises. During the search over 120 grams of methamphetamines were located as well as stolen property. Rudolfo and Delvina were placed under arrest and later booked in the Santa Clara County Jail.
