City of Rosemead Temporary Street Closures 
The City of Rosemead’s Independence Day Celebration will be held on Friday, July 4. This year’s parade will begin at 10:00 a.m., at the corner of Valley Boulevard and Bartlett Avenue.
This serves as a notice that there will be temporary street closures on Friday, July 4, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. as follows:
Valley Boulevard (from Walnut Grove Avenue to Rio Hondo Avenue)
Gernert Avenue (from Steele Street to Valley Boulevard)
Steele Street (8700 Block)
Additionally, there will be no on-street parking on Gernert Avenue (south of Steele Street to Valley Boulevard) and the 8700-block of Steele Street on Friday, July 4, from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
As there are other street closures in the area, please see the enclosed map, which indicates the parade route and alternate travel routes.
