With Tropical Storm Arthur moving up the coast, we can expect heavy rain and windy conditions starting Thursday.  In addition, be alert to a strong Rip Current at least through Sunday.  This storm will be well off shore but the effects could cause some flooding at times of high tide.  Please be aware of high tide times and move any vehicles to higher ground prior to the anticipated high tide.  Stay up to date on all weather conditions via your local weather channel or local news.
