One in Custody 
On June 24th at 9:35 pm Deja Ayala wanted in connection to the drive by shooting that occurred on June 20th, walked into the Morgan Hill Police Department and self surrendered. She was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on attempted murder charges and committing a felony while out on bail.
The Morgan Hill Police Department still have an active investigation involving Francisco Diaz and Nicholas Young the other two suspects in the case.
