The 4S Ranch Sheriff's Substation and San Diego County Crime Stoppers want your help in identifying and locating a man wanted in connection with a series of commercial burglaries.
The first incident happened around 1:30 p.m. on May 21st at the Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa along Calle Valencia in Rancho Santa Fe. The suspect walked into the men's locker room and forced open a secure locker. He stole a man’s wallet and Ulysses Nardin Santana watch valued at $60,000.
Later that afternoon, the suspect walked into the Ben Bridge jewelry store along La Jolla Village Drive. He bought a Rolex Daytona watch valued at $12,000. Detectives say the suspect used the victim’s stolen credit card and identification to make the purchase.
On the morning of May 26th, the same suspect stole another victim's wallet from a secure locker inside the men's locker room at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa & Marina along Quivira Road. The suspect then went to the CVS Pharmacy on West Point Loma Boulevard and tried to buy a $500 gift card. The transaction was declined and the suspect left the store.
Take a good look at the surveillance photos attached to this alert. Pay attention to what the suspect is wearing, including the hat and glasses. He may be driving one of two vehicles shown in the surveillance photos. The truck and car were seen driving away from the Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa after the first burglary.
