The Plum Street Parking Deck is CLOSED temporarily. All deck patrons will be diverted to other city decks for today's use. All Rutgers University Permit holders may park in the College Avenue Parking Deck (located at the corner of College Avenue & Senior Street). Please expect delays while commuting into New Brunswick.
