Traffic delays on PV DR S this morning between 9am-1030am. Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run. 
Runners participating in the Law Enforcement Torch Run in support of the Special Olympics of Southern California will be occupying westbound traffic lanes on Palos Verdes Drive South from 25th Street in San Pedro to Palos Verdes Estates city limits between the hours of 9am and 10:30am.
Expect significant traffic delays.
