An arrest warrant has been issued to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear at court for the pictured fugitive, ROBERT TREI. Washington Township Police charged ROBERT TREI with DUI on 10/09/2012. Trei failed to appear at his scheduled court hearing.
