Full Notification

The North Castle Police Department is advising our community of a Level 3 Sex Offender residing in the North White Plains area of Town.  Vernon J. Sparrow, 29 years old, is residing at 96 Washington Avenue, 2^nd floor, North White Plains.  Attached to this notification is a copy of the bulletin regarding Mr. Sparrow and the offense for which he was convicted.  Additionally, this bulletin is posted in the Megan’s Law section of the Police Department page on the Town website (http://www.northcastleny.com/police-department/pages/megans-law).

This notification is being provided in accordance with the provisions of the Sex Offender Registration Act in conjunction with the New York State Department of Criminal Justice Services.  Note that the use of this information to injure, harass or commit a criminal act against Mr. Sparrow, or any person, may be subject to criminal prosecution.
