Matteson resident arrested and charged with Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse for Easter Sunday incident. 
On Wednesday, May 7, 2014, Norbert P. HINSHAW (DOB:09/19/1933) of the 200 block of Blackthorn Rd, Matteson, IL 60443 was arrested by the Palos Heights Police Department.
The incident was reported to have occurred on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2014, and was reported to the police department by a family member. The investigation determined the suspect committed an act of sexual conduct with the victim, who is a family member of the suspect, under the age of 12 years old.
The suspect has been charged with Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse and is scheduled to have a bond hearing on 05/08/2014, in room 103, of the 5th District Cook County Courthouse, located at 10220 S 76th Ave, Bridgeview, IL 60455.
