Fruitport Township Police Department is investigating a daytime home invasion in the area of Dangl Road and Heights Ravenna Road.
The incident reportedly occurred between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Monday, May 05, 2014, while the resident was not home. Various electronics were reportedly stolen from the unlocked residence.
Police encourage residents to secure their homes and report any suspicious persons / vehicles in their neighborhoods. Alarm systems and surveillance systems are also highly encouraged.
