Hit and Run Driver Severely Injures Bicyclist

MISSION HILLS: On May 04, 2014 at approximately 09:40 a.m., a Hit & Run traffic collision between a vehicle and a bicyclist occurred at the intersection of Sepulveda Blvd and Devonshire Street, in the Mission Hills area of the San Fernando Valley.

The suspect’s vehicle, Jaguar 4-door, white in color with black rims, was traveling northbound on Sepulveda Blvd and collided with a bicyclist, a 52 year old male resident of Burbank, California, traveling westbound Devonshire St. The impact between the vehicle and bicyclist caused the victim to become ejected from the bicycle causing severe injuries.
The driver of the Jaguar fled the collision without identifying himself. The driver was described as a male, Hispanic, dark hair, 30-40 years of age.
