Media Updated: GBPD investigating officers action during arrest downtown 
Attention media, the Green Bay Police Department will hold a brief press conference at 10:30AM in front of the police station, 307 S. Adams St. to update the public on our investigation.
On Monday April 21st, the Green Bay Police Department was made aware of a cell phone video of an arrest on early Saturday morning, April 19th outside of a downtown tavern. The Professional Standards Division is initiating an investigation. The Green Bay Police Department is asking for the public’s patience and cooperation with this investigation. This investigation will be thorough and transparent. Anyone who was a witness to this event or has any evidence pertaining to this event is urged to contact the Green Bay Police Departments Professional Standards Division at 448-3082. Due to the amount of written reports, videos of the event and witness interviews this investigation will take some time.
The department cannot comment any further on this incident until the investigation has been completed.
