Employees from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office and the California Highway Patrol will take your orders, serve you lunch, and entertain you if necessary to earn their tips at our Seventeenth Annual Tip-A-Cop Luncheon hosted by The Outback Restaurant.
