Update: Bar fight arrestee gives wrong name 
Arrested: Jeffrey P Tuescher age: 28 was arrested for Identity theft after he gave a false name to medical personnel and after he signed booking paperwork at the Rock County Jail. Tuescher refused to identify himself to officers and was intially arrested for obstructing. He later identified himself as Timothy Wilson. The real Mr Wilson was not involved in the incident and has now been listed as a victim of identity theft.
