The Thousand Oaks Police and Fire Departments are pleased to announce a “Coffee with the Chiefs” event on Wednesday, April 23rd. Thousand Oaks Police Chief Tim Hagel and Fire Chief Ted Smith will be at P and L Burger, located at 2000 Avenida de los Arboles, Unit A. This is the first ever combined police and fire “Coffee with the Chiefs” event. Chiefs Hagel and Smith believe these events are an excellent opportunity to continue building on existing partnerships with the community. They would like to hear any questions or concerns from the public. Chief Smith will be available from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM and Chief Hagel will be present from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.

The Thousand Oaks Police and Fire Departments view open lines of communication as an integral part of developing proactive partnerships with the community and working together on identifying, prioritizing and solving problems, including safety, crime, and quality of life issues.
