Electricity will be out for 10 min at 10:30a on 4/18 from Budge area to the 5-way, including traffic lights. See link 
Per Lower Valley Energy, power will be cut to the Budge Drive area east down Broadway to the 5-way traffic light for approximately 10 minutes at 10:30am this morning, April 18th. This will affect the traffic light at the Highway 22 intersection and various residences and businesses.
Lower Valley is doing this in order to prepare for contingency of shutting down power lines above Budge landslide should they become compromised.
Please plan accordingly and be aware of traffic controllers in intersections during this time.
