Police Need Your Help Locating Vehicle Used In Homicide and Persons Associated with the Crime

Oakland Police Homicide Investigators have released these photos obtained from surveillance video in the area of the vehicle they believe was used during the commission of a homicide. The victim Marjon Fuller, 20, of Oakland, was shot in the area of the 1000 block of Willow Street on April 16, 2014 at 9:00 AM and later succumbed to his injuries.

The suspect vehicle is described as a 2011 or newer Mercedes GLK, white, four-door, SUV.


Information obtained at the scene described the suspect vehicle fleeing eastbound on 11th Street from Willow after the shooting.

Investigators have provided photos of the suspect vehicle and are requesting help from anyone who may have:

Seen the suspect vehicle and the occupants in the area of 11th and Willow Street on the morning of the shooting (April 16, 2014), approximately 9:00 AM, witnessed the shooting, or seen the suspect vehicle fleeing the scene after the shooting.

BACKGROUND: On April 16, 2014, at 9:00 AM, the Oakland Police Department responded to the 1000 block of Willow Street on a report of a shooting. When officers arrived on scene they located a male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services were summoned and the victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The motive for the shooting has not yet been determined and no arrests have been made.
