Package Thief apprehended by the ECPD. 
On Wednesday April 16th, an ECPD Sergeant was riding his motorcycle in the 900 block of Richmond Street when he saw a woman opening and emptying a package alongside a house.
He detained Tessy Azuara (21 years of age ) to investigate and found that she had just taken the package after it had been left at the door of a home by a delivery company. She had other property with her which was possibly stolen from other package thefts in the area.
Additionally, Officers also found that Napa County had a warrant out for her arrest, charging her with a prior theft. She was transported to the County Jail.
The ECPD asks that anyone who may have seen this suspect prowling around their home or who may have missing packages to contact us so we may investigate further.
