Location:  40820 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, California

Date/Time:  04-09-14 at 1:05 a.m.

Case: FPD# 140409002

On April 9, 2014 at approximately 1:05 a.m. an armed robbery occurred at the Bank of America ATM located at 40820 Fremont Blvd.

The victim, a 67 year old retired US Marine, was utilizing the Bank of America ATM when he was robbed of his wallet.  While he was using the ATM, a vehicle, believed to be a 1998-2000 Mercedes S420 or S500 model; white in color, backed into a spot adjacent to where he was standing.  An unknown man exited the driver’s side rear door, pointed a handgun at the victim and demanded his wallet. The victim threw his wallet to the suspect, who then took off in the above described vehicle.  It’s believed that there was at least one additional male in the vehicle at the time of the robbery.

Approximately one hour later, at 2:37 a.m., the unknown suspects used the victim’s credit cards at a 7-11 located at 46650 Mohave Drive in Fremont.  The suspects are described by the victim as follows:

Suspect #1(responsible for the ATM robbery): an Indian male adult, 18-23yrs, 5’7”, 140lbs, wearing grey puffy jacket, with fur lining on hood and black cuffs, white/black shoes; large ring or splint on right ring finger.

Suspect #2:  an Indian male adult, 18-23yrs, 5’8”, 160lbs, wearing black t-shirt with graphic design, red and black basketball shorts, a black beanie with zig-zag pattern and ball on top and an Indian silver bracelet on his left wrist

The clerk remembers both suspects speaking Hindi.
