Announces Arrests for:
Felony Breaking and Entering (6 Counts),
Felony Larceny after Breaking and Entering (6 Counts),
Felony Conspiracy to Commit Breaking and Entering (6 Counts), Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor (6 Counts) and Felony Obtaining Property by False Pretense (6 Counts)
The Southern Pines Police Department announces the arrest of Eudy Ulloa Blanco, 21 years of age of Southern Pines, North Carolina on the above listed charges. This arrest stems from investigations conducted by the Southern Pines Police Department into reported residential breaking and entering incidents which had occurred in the Town of Southern Pines. Officers from both the Patrol and Investigation Divisions of the Southern Pines Police Department identified Eudy Ulloa Blanco, along with a fourteen (14) year old juvenile, also from Southern Pines, North Carolina as the individuals responsible for these residential breaking and entering incidents. A juvenile petition has been issued charging the juvenile offender in these incidents with Felony Breaking and Entering (6 Counts), Felony Larceny after Breaking and Entering (6 Counts), Felony Conspiracy to Commit Breaking and Entering (6 Counts), and Felony Obtaining Property by False Pretense (6 Counts).
Eudy Ulloa Blanco appeared before a Moore County Magistrate and is incarcerated in the Moore County Detention Center under an $85,000 secured bond.
The fourteen (14) year old juvenile will be processed in the Juvenile Justice System.
