VINCheck is a free public service that can help you quickly and easily determine whether a specific vehicle has been reported as having been stolen, but not recovered, or has been reported as a previously declared loss vehicle.
Before you purchase a used vehicle, visit NCIB web site, www.nicb.org and click on the VINCheck link. Type in the vehicle identification number (VIN) and within seconds a response will be returned to you.
