Join police and community members at the annual Hoof and Woof event, Saturday, April 19, 2014, 8 am to 2 pm. 
The Burbank Police Foundation would like to invite the community to join us in our second annual Hoof and Woof event on Saturday, April 19, 2014 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center in Burbank.
8:00 AM: REGISTRATION STARTS!
9:00 AM: DOG WALK STARTS
GUIDED TRAIL RIDE STARTS (Horses available to rent at the event!)
The event will bring together our community members and police personnel for a walk to support the Burbank Police Department Mounted and K-9 units. Members from the K-9 and the Mounted units will be on-hand, conducting demonstrations and safety talks.
In addition, participants will be able to talk to the members, pet the animals, and have their pictures taken.!
Pet friendly organizations will be present to provide information on spaying and neutering, low cost micro-chipping, rescue organizations, and dog CPR.!
This year, there will be an hour-long guided trail ride on horseback for participants. Horses will be available to rent at the event through Griffith Park Horse Rentals, the Official Livery of the Los
Angeles Equestrian Center.
They have graciously offered to donate $10 to the Burbank Police
