Burglary
Brooke BODIFORD, 20, reported that between 8:00am and 11:00am, December 11, someone entered her Sussex Drive residence through an unlocked door and stole an X-Box 360 Game System. (Case # 01-09-12-0708)
Between 1:30pm and 3:00pm, December 11, the Oak Grove Road residence of Kelly WALTHOUR, 22, was entered through a kicked-in carport door. Stolen was an X-Box 360 Game System, a 32” flat-screen TV, a security safe containing two rifles and a digital camera. (Case # 01-09-12-0720)
Drug Arrest
Following the execution of a search warrant by the Northeast Georgia Regional Drug Task Force at a residence inside Athens Gardens Apartments, three subjects were arrested. Derrick V. BONE, 32, Cole Ridge Court, Athens; Marlon HILL, 26, Commerce Road, Athens; and, Antion X. BROWN, 34, Fortson Circle, Elberton, GA were arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana With Intent To Distribute.
