Fraud
Location: Macy’s, 3051 Steven Creek Boulevard
Officers were dispatched to Macy's Menswear for two suspects in custody with Loss Prevention Officers for theft. Officers learned the suspects used a stolen credit card to make other purchases. The credit cards were acquired a couple of hours earlier in a car burglary in San Jose.

Suspect #1 lied to officers about his identify. A Records search revealed he had a warrant and parole violations. He was booked on his two arrest warrants, burglary of the car, burglary at Macy's, possession of burglary tools and possession of stolen property. Meanwhile, suspect #2 was booked on burglary of the car, burglary at Macy's, possession of stolen property and fraudulent use of a credit card. Both individuals were transported to the County jail.

Drugs
Location: 1700 Block of El Camino Real
An officer stopped a vehicle for a vehicle code violation on the 1700 block of El Camino Real. The officer conducted a consensual encounter contact with the male driver and female passenger. Both individuals were on probation. A search of the vehicle yielded a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

The passenger displayed objective symptoms of stimulant use. She was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Weapons
Location: 3400 Block of El Camino Real
An officer contacted a male subject sitting in a parked vehicle on the 3400 block of El Camino Real. The officer had the suspect exit the vehicle so he could investigate an odor being emitted from the vehicle. The suspect fled on foot across El Camino Real and began scaling fences and walls through several housing complexes. A perimeter was established and the suspect was taken into custody. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Meanwhile, a separate officer searched the abandoned vehicle. The officer located a handgun, ammunition and a large quantity of marijuana in individually packaged bags.

Burglary Attempt
Location: 3900 Block of Stevens Creek Boulevard
An alarm company phoned SCPD communications stating they received a glass break activation at a business on the 3900 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. An officer responded to find that the locks were damaged, the audible alarm activated, and no entry was made. The suspect(s) were not located.

Assault with Great Bodily Injury
Location: 2000 Block of White Oak Lane
Officers were dispatched to the Poinciana Lounge to investigate a fight in the parking lot. According to witnesses, three suspects got into an altercation with two victims inside the bar. The altercation went outside where the three suspects were seen punching and kicking the victims several times. One of the victims remained at the scene, and the other victim fled the scene prior to police arrival. The victim was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment and refused to respond to questions from police.

At 0127 hours, an officer located three suspects at Jack in the Box on Nobili. The suspects were identified, evidence collected, statements were taken and were released.

Resisting / Obstructing
Location: 841 Agnew Road
An officer spotted a subject who was wanted on an earlier felony affidavit. When the officer attempted to detain the suspect, he immediately fled dropping his bicycle and some other items he was carrying. One of the items he dropped was a knife.

Several units responded to assist in looking for the suspect who fled into the residential area of Rivermark. Other officers checked Safeway. As they entered the store, the suspect saw them from a distance and fled. While checking Peet's Coffee, witnesses informed officers a similar suspect was seen running into the women's bathroom and had locked himself inside. Officers were able to get keys from the manager and gain access to the bathroom. The suspect was located in the bathroom and resisted arrest. He was transported to a local hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Warrant Arrest
Location: El Camino Real and Bowe Avenue
An officer made a car stop for a vehicle code violation. He contacted the female driver. A Records check revealed she had a $5,000 warrant out of the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office. She was taken into custody without incident and transported to the County jail.
