Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a male adult, which occurred on Saturday, April 5, 2014, in the 2100 block of East 122nd Street, Unincorporated Los Angeles. 
 
Detectives have learned that two males walked up, on foot, and shot at several people standing at the location. The first victim was hit multiple times and transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. The second victim, a female, was also hit several times and transported to a local hospital where she was treated for her injuries and released. 
 
The suspects left the location, on foot, in an unknown direction. 
 
The investigation is ongoing.

NARRATIVE:

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are en route to the 2100 block of 122nd Street, Unincorporated Los Angeles, to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a male adult.

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
