39 year old man in police custody following reported gunshots in Kailua Kona. No reports of injuries or damages. 
At approx. 1205pm on April 5, 2014 Kona Patrol Officers responded to a report of gunshots fired by a man in the parking lot of a resort off Alii Drive in Kailua Kona. Upon arrival, a 39 year old man was taken into custody without incident after being determined to be the responsible person. There were no reported injuries or damages.
