Home Invasion Robbery, Victim Tied Up
Today at 2:20pm, San Leandro Police Officers responded to a home invasion robbery in the 1100 block of Donovan Drive. According to the victim, two unknown black male adults forced entry into the victim’s residence; one suspect was armed with a handgun while the other suspect tied up the victim.
The victim was blindfolded and sprayed with a pepper spray type chemical while they ransacked the residence. After the suspects fled, the victim was able to free himself and notify a neighbor, who called police.
Unknown loss is determined at this time and the victim did not need medical attention.
This case is being investigated by our Criminal Investigation Division.
