Narrative:
(P) Milka lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a residence on the 700 block of B Street early this morning. The vehicle crashed through the front wall of the residence, coming to rest in the living room. None of the occupants of the residence or the vehicle were injured. Fillmore Fire Department responded to stabilize the residence for the removal of the vehicle and shut off all utilities to the residence. The city of Fillmore Building Inspector responded and deemed the residence unsafe to occupy and red tagged the residence with limited access.

The investigation determined there was no evidence of alcohol or drugs while operating the vehicle. This was a distracted driving incident. The driver was cited and released at the scene for being an unlicensed driver.
