A felony warrant is now issued on a man identified as a person of interest in an Adair County assault case. OSBI agents are now searching for David Tush, 37, for the assault and battery of a 35-year-old woman. The assault started Friday morning and ended when he drove her to her home Saturday evening. She walked to a neighbor’s house to call for help. She was flowed to an Arkansas hospital Sunday but has since been released.

Tush could be driving a 2008, black Chevrolet Impala with Missouri license MD1R9W. If anyone has information on his whereabouts, please call the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017. He could also be with his older brother Scotty Tush.
