Police activity in the 10200 block of San Fernando Road in Pacoima. Avoid area. No action required. 
At approximately 9:55am this morning, LAPD Foothill Division Officers responded to a shooting in the 10200 block of San Fernando Road in Pacoima. Upon arrival, officers observed one victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The victim was transported to a local hospital (condition unknown).
Several minutes after the shooting occurred an individual matching the description of the suspect walked into the front lobby of Foothill Station and turned himself in. The suspect was taken into custody without further incident.
We are in the preliminary stages of our investigation and no further details are available at this time.
