Brandon Templeman is considered a high functioning autistic boy who is not familiar with the area. He just moved to Chula Vista from Utah a few days ago. On 3-31-14, at about noon, he got into an argument with his father and left his home (301 Nocturne Ct.) on a gray “Mongoose” bicycle with orange decals. Brandon is drawn to convenient stores and has been contacted in the past for shoplifting. He takes medication for depression. He can become highly anxious of people and does not know his address.
