OSBI Searches for Possible Persons of Interest in Adair Co. Assault Case

The Westville Police Department requested OSBI assistance today in an assault case that started Saturday morning in Adair County. A 35-year-old woman says a man drove her to an unknown location and beat her. He drove her back home Saturday evening. This morning she walked to a neighbor's home where she called 9-1-1. She was flown to an Arkansas hospital. The hospital is not proving information on her condition at this time.

Investigators are trying to collect more information about what happened to this woman and at whose hands. Agents have identified two persons of interest who may have details of the crime -- 37-year-old David Tush and his older brother Scotty Tush, 47. Both are from the Adair County area. If anyone knows where the two men are, please call the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017. Pictures of the two are included in the press release. David has dark hair and facial hair. Scotty has blonde hair.
