(HOUSTON, TX) – A murder charge has been filed against Randy Stewart for the 2013 death of Queric Richardson. Richardson was one of two killed during a house party in northwest Harris County in November of last year.

Randy Stewart has been in the Harris County jail since being arrested on November 11, 2013 and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly weapon in connection with the shooting at a home in the 7300 block of Enchanted Creek.

In February of this year, Stewart and his brother, Marvin, were also charged with with tampering with evidence.

Marvin Stewart is not in custody.

Queric Richardson, 17, and Arielle Olivia Shepherd, also 17, were killed and about 20 others were injured when suspects started firing guns during a house party that had been advertised as a birthday celebration on Twitter and other social media.

Investigators are still actively looking into the death of Ms. Shepherd.
