Sex offender release notification
The Green Bay Police Department is releasing the following information on a convicted sex offender who is being released into our community. This release of information will enhance public safety and raise community awareness.
Chester L Flowers was convicted of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in 2001. The conditions of his release are as follows:
1. No unsupervised contact with minors; No taverns/bars/liquor stores; No contact with victim(s)
2. Not to consume alcohol or drugs
3. Comply with standard sex offender rules; Cooperate with electronic monitoring.
4. Face-to-Face contact with Law Enforcement required; Comply with all requirements and lifetime registrant of WI Sex Offender Registration Program.
5. Lifetime GPS
Mr Flowers will be released from Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center on April 2nd 2014 and will live at 1735 11th Ave in Green Bay. He will remain on supervision for an extended time period.
