At approximately 7:30 P.M., a motorcycle traveling eastbound on Soledad Canyon Road (east of Canyon Country Park), at a high rate of speed, collided into the rear end of a vehicle traveling in the same direction. The motorcyclist (a 33 year old male) was ejected from the vehicle where he sustained critical injuries.
He was treated by personnel from the Los Angeles County Fire Department. The motorcyclist was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
