CASE OF DEADLY MOVIE THEATER CONFRONTATION WILL GO TO A GRAND JURY

(HOUSTON, TX) – The case of a confrontation earlier this week at a northwest Harris County movie theater that left one man dead will go to a grand jury.

The victim in this case was at the Silverado Movie Theater located at 24720 Tomball Parkway on Monday, March 17, with a couple of friends. They got into a verbal confrontation with two other males regarding the end of the movie they had just watched. Both parties exited the theater.

The two males got into their white Ford F150 Crew Cab Truck and the victim confronted them from outside the passenger side door.

The driver of the truck put the vehicle in reverse striking the victim and knocking him to the ground. He later died at an area hospital.

The truck fled the scene but since then investigators have spoken to the driver and passenger.

The case will now be presented to a grand jury for its consideration as to whether or not criminal charges should be filed in the case.
