Filming activity on Palos Verdes Drive South today between 9:30 am - 2:30 pm

Motorists and bicyclists should be aware that there is filming activity scheduled on Palos Verdes Drive South on Monday, March 17th between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM. The driving shot is scheduled to occur between Hawthorne Boulevard and Palos Verdes Drive East, but not within the active landslide area. The City's Public Works Department has issued an encroachment permit for this activity. Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies will be providing traffic control, which may result in minor delays.
The driving shot is related to a larger, feature film production that will be shooting at a private residence in the Portuguese Bend Club community all this week. Motorists, bicyclists and nearby neighbors are likely to observe filming activity after 7:00 PM each evening, from Monday night through the early hours of Saturday morning.
